ok, so i am starting to realize something about my art. i am beginnig to throw most of my stuff into the scraps, because to me, most of them are just tests and learning photos/projects. i am starting to realize the meaning behind things. in order for my artwork to have any meaning to someone else, or at least me, it has to actual MEAN something, and not just look cool. through my studio class i have come to this realization, and now that i look back on most of my stuff... it doesnt really have a whole lot of value to me, other than it being cool looking, or something i did. from now on, everything i do, create, photograph, will be one of these things:
A)have a meaning/purpose. or tell a story in some way to the viewer
B)give a feeling to the viewer by its content or composition, etc.
C)show something in a way that people havent seen it before.

hopefully this will make my gallery much more exciting and interesting to view. as far as photography goes, some things don't have a story but give a view of something beautiful, etc. such as nature photography. well, i hope to have many a new pieces on here that will make my galler much more enjoyable! thannks for viewing.
